The brief
A US apparel brand on a homegrown PHP stack — slow, fragile, impossible to update. They needed to move to Shopify Plus without losing SEO equity or downtime.
What we did
Zero-downtime migration to Shopify Plus. Redesigned PDP and PLP for mobile-first shoppers. Klaviyo lifecycle flows. Checkout extensibility for a custom gifting flow.
Outcome
